None of us did. The hooligans revolted, no march. So I guess I’m sitting at home and watching Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency.
The diet change is doing the frogs well. Finally starting to get some color back. I knew those pellets were trash, idk why I let the shop (who clearly wasn’t keeping the frogs well anyway) convince me that’s what they need.
A couple of the guppies are pregnant. I’m curious if the next clutch will be large enough for some to make it all the way to adulthood.
I don’t really have anything to say today. I’m sitting here sitting on the couch sipping on an espresso. I keep having that image of Stringer Bell sitting drinking from a demitasse cross my mind. I just remember watching, seeing that, and thinking that Stringer might not be so hard. Spoiler alert, he wasn’t. He was just a guy, who was good frineds with a bad crowd. Oh and he was also a bit of a sociopath but that’s… not as unrelevant as I was thinking initially.
I guess the thing is, you never really know who’s behind the face. You never know who’s in a crowd. We may all look some way on the outside, especially in a crowd, but get someone alone? Really look at who they are when nobody’s looking? Kingpin Stringer might be sipping on espresso in a turtleneck.
Sigh…
I digress.
I forgot to do my math homework this week. I’m not a huge fan of everything being on the computer. I wish I just had a physical assignment to do. Like, computers are great and all (hell I’m going to school to be a programmer) but like, fuuuuuck I just miss working on paper is all. The ipad isn’t good enough. It’s close but it’s missing some je ne se quois that real paper work has.
Most of my fish are sitting in one corner of the tank. They do this every day. I don’t really understand fish psychology. I’m assuming at this point that they’ve formed a cult and do their daily worship in that corner. It’s so weird, every day at 11:40 am. Fuckin fish man.
Anyway, I guess I wrote today?
Love y’all,
Nora
