I’m really curious, how do people who don’t federate into the fediverse get followers? Like, I guess I could do SEO but like fuuuuuck that. Just post a billion times i bet. Law of large numbers says eventually you’ll SEO yourself into a huge follower count. Infinite monkeys at infinite ttys won’t write shakespear but they might get enough accidental words to show up on a search engine.
