I’ve been having trouble with time. Keeping it, using it wisely, saving it. It seems like every other day is slipping away sometimes. I’m doing some kind of assessment to see how much I’m dissociating next week, I bet it’s a lot. Just earlier I suddenly dropped into a thousand-yard stare out of the blue.
I’m not really sure what’s got me so messed up lately, but I wanna get to the bottom of it because this shit sucks. I’ve got a degree to get dammit.
The changed the battery in the fire drone alarm earlier. Lili was miraculously well behaved. Today is kind of a nothing day I guess. I should walk to the store and get some broth to make some ramen, that sounds good.
It’s nice to see that some folks read this blog, even if it’s only a few. It motivates me to write. I try to keep this as an open diary, just talking about whatever. The gemini capsule series was an experiment, just uploading some old gemlogs from back when I was messing with that.
I’m looking for an OS that will run well on 2 gigs of ram with a Celeron D, and has modern SSL. I love using my dc5700s for browsing the indie web on neocities and stuff but my wifi card only works with linux and windows 10+. I want to use windows XP on it, ideally. If anyone has suggestions for an OS, lemme know in the comments or reply on fedi.
